When the patience is tried to infinity
and I am left all alone in the vicinity.
When it’s all blue and no sign of pink,
and everything I have is lost in a blink.
Still,
at some corner of the world,
where everyone is down and sleeping,
a part of mine is up and weeping,
trying hard to find,
The brighter side of the world,
The brighter side of me.
The teasings that turns into molestations,
The deeds that are terribly brutal,
Seeing the girls leading to devastations,
I realized that human beings are so dual.
Still,
at some corner of the world,
when everyone is busy partying hard,
I in silence is standing at some boulevard,
waiting to see,
The brighter side of the world,
The brigter side of the people.
In search of nobleness,
all I found was meanness.
In the path of saintliness,
all I found was wantonness.
Still,
at some corner of the world,
when everybody is upto their recklessness,
I am seeking for some kind of freshness,
waiting to catch a glimpse of,
The brighter side of the world,
The brighter side of humanity.
Seeing the heights of cruelty,
Seeing the sheerness of selfishness,
Seeing the prominence of unsafety,
and
Seeing the cloud of helplessness.
All I am left is with pessimism.
Still,
at some corner of the world,
when everyone is busy climbing the mountains of wickedness,
I am expecting for some humanness,
Waiting and still waiting for ,
The brighter side of the world,
The brighter side of life.
